Rich has trained in multiple disciplines during his martial arts career. Rich is extremely technical and is always working diligently to get the most out of his students. Rich is a dedicated instructor who is actively involved in our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) gi and no-gi classes. Currently Rich is in teaching MMA, Jujitsu and Judo as well. He has volunteered his time to offer many self defense seminars to middle schools and high schools in the Staten Island area.

Joe Cannizzo was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. Early in Joe's martial arts career he was very active in competition. He has medaled in various local and regional Judo tournaments as well as National Grappling tournaments. Recently, Joe discovered his true passion for teaching. Joe is very active in the dojo. He is constantly emphasizing core Judo principles such as "softness controls hardness", "maximum efficiency with minimum effort", and "mutual benefit" during his instruction. Joe, a college graduate of Nova Southeastern University spends most of his time on the mat, or coaching students at Judo/Jujitsu tournaments.
